Your data is stored electronically on our cloud encrypted server which is based in the UK.

​Ease Accounting will never share your personal data without prior consent.

How long will my data be kept?

We are required under regulation to keep your basic business data, such as trading name, trading address and contact details for a minimum of 6 years, after which time it will be destroyed. Any information stored for marketing purposes will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this type of information from us.

What are my rights?

If you believe any information we have collected is incorrect you can request to see this data and apply to have it corrected and/or deleted. ​Where relevant, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Ease Accounting will never process data you have provided us without your consent.

If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer, Mr. H Mamtora, who will investigate the matter internally. ​If you are not satisfied with our response or believe that we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law, you can make a formal complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
